just what did you say to the guy on the Jetski?

Gday Roger,
I very politely informed him that he was riding his stinking water lawn mower within the restricted 70 metre exclusion zone between myself and other water users,and that I was going to ring the "waterways" to report him for being suck a "twat".
Much to my suprise he disappeared around to the next beach and was never seen again!!!!
Dont mind people riding them,but they have protacol to follow as we all do?
