For those that are interested, the Victorian SUP events are finalised and now on the SUP Vic website.

Go to www.supvic.com and click the "EVENTS" tab for all the info.

To be honest there is almost to many events!

What does the acronyms mean?

ie: RPS 40 flat

and is there differentiation to show which is racing which is surfing or both?

Ah...yeah cos I know what it all means, I was thinking everyone else would also!! Sorry, late Sunday night wasn't thinking that straight.

I will edit it and make it a bit easier to understand.

OK Lobes, I have updated it to include the type of event/social day.
Also if you click on the location and then the map marker more information will pop up.


When are you coming to Melbourne?

I assume RPS is Repeat Performance Sailboards (from when they sold used sailboard gear). www.rpstheboardstore.com

I assume Flat means flat water (ie. on the bay)

40, 60, 80? Minutes? Kilometres!

Hey Gorgo,
Yes, yes and minutes.
I have tried to briefly explain the Flat vs. Distance vs. Surf on the site directly above the events list.
At this stage the RPS events will be all visible from the beach, meaning laps rather than a seperate start and finish or 1 long return leg.

What would people rather see? Distance, fun, surf, downwind events?

Cool thanks Bnaccas, much clearer

Will be down to Melb next Friday night. Will try get to Shoreham for demo day otherwise hoping for some big winds so maybe sneak a downwinder in while I'm there.
