I saw this on face book, everyone knows that feeling when you think you gonna make it but at the last second you get perfect stormed. With a sup you get washing machined and get over it. With a 4 man Hmmmm your just gonna eat SH!T.

they are 6 man (person) canoes actually , and the Canoe race goes to Waikiki from Hale o lono harbour and takes these ladies about 7 hrs. If the steerers were more careful they do not have to get belted this way but lots of them train in flat water most of the time.
