Hope is doesn't offend Laurie but i thought alot of people can benefit from this.
We have Trevor Hendy coming down to Training, Tuesday 5th.
For anyone wanting to learn the finer points on Transitions, Beach running etc...

This is cheap to Learn from one of the best waterman in the world.

That he is, with out any doubt, and um wasn,t he the best in the world at one time.
Crikey what a opportunity, you can pay $10 or more to see some bloke look at himself in the mirror at your local gym, against getting some tips of this fella.
Class should be full.

As a teen and twenty something, I'd break out in a sweat at the mere mention of his name on the 6pm news.
Legend....totally !
Thankfully I'm in Sydney and not the Gold Coast because at 40, I still doubt I could stand on the same stretch of sand as him without being in total awe of our own true waterman !
They talk Laird, we think Hendy.....if your on the Goldy, take advantage of this chance to listen to the man.

Well this mornings Training with Trevor Hendy was a HUGE Hit!!
Everyone was stoked and learnt so much! Learning correct Soft sand running tech was amazing!! I think everyone was running so much better by the end.
We also went thur the Transition stage from Running to jumping on the board, unreal!
Trevor is just a weapon!! He is the man when it comes to learning anything about this sort of stuff.
Next Tuesday will be focused on something different again.
The class was pretty full but everyone took something away from today.
