I was wondering if anyone in the Melbourne area has one of the new Falcon 14' x 27.25" Carbon boards that I could meet up and have a try of.

I am thinking of purchasing one, and want to try it - none of the retailers have demos of this size at the moment.

I have tried the 24.5" wide and found it a little unstable for a bloke my weight. Hopefully the 27.25" will do the job.

FWIW Tim I found the 12'6 x 27.25 very stable. I wouldn't normally contemplate stepping onto anything that narrow but it was good. Would be interested in views on whether the 14 is more/less stable.

( any truth to the story that the 12'6 is just the 14 with the tail cut off? )
