Has anyone found another source of those orange glaziers suction cups other than waiting for one to come from china?

I saw one in a hardware store a while back. It was almost the same as the one I got from China via eBay. Have a look around.

One of my mates got the Pentax Optio for xmas. First time he used in the water it filled up and killed the camera.

They have a very funny shaped seal on the battery/card hatch. Dont know if thats what caused it but I wouldnt be surprised

I was in Ted Camera's and they said they weren't available yet. They said mid to late March. Where did your mate get it from?

Good story.......I took Rambo's advice after speaking to him on Monday and ordered a pentax WP30 with a 16 gig memory card should have it in a few days. it's base price was $270 then I added the 16 gig card ($85) and a few other bits and pieces , express frieght $30 insurance $10 it ended up costing $415 landed , I tried to order a spare battery but couldn't get one , any idea where I can get one.

Hey DJ,
The FUJI camera is a 8.2 mega pixel "FINEPIX J15", it came in what they call their"SLASH PACK".We were really disappointed with the service we got from the retailer of the OLYMPUS camera and OLYMPUS,but other people who I know who have the same camera, tell me that we just scored a dud,so hope your goes the distance for you.

I got the Fuji camera for xmas and it works a treat and for the price it was hard to beat. I think it's the same model as the one above.....I just have to find it at the moment as i've been shifting house and renovating for the last 2 week's and just can't seem to find anything. No chance on miss placing my big yellow submarine though

I got smashed on a wave this morning, board tipped over and broke the handle off the "vacuum lifter"(holding camera),so missing was camera, mounting, and handle, friggin. After paddling around looking for it all, thinking it would all be together,I found the camera getting belted against the granite boulders on-shore,with the video still recording. When I got home and played the footage,I couldnt believe the punishment the FUJI took.It showed it getting pounded, then washed into a crevase and that is where I found it.The casing is scratched up but all works fine.I just have to make a new mounting for the camera AGAIN.Suckercam delivers some great footage, even when your not in control of the bloody thing, lol
