I paddled the PSH 11' on Saturday and it would float you for sure. I didn't surf it, but I did surf the 10'6 and I liked it a lot. If the 11' surfs for you (120kg) as well as the 10'6 sufed for me (100kg) I am sure you would be happy with it. Have a look at the Balmoral Boards web page they are the importer -

Like DJ said the Naish 11'6 would be worth a look. I surfed mine a lot before I sold it. It would probably have more stability for your weight than the PSH, it has more volume and much fuller rails. It surfs well if you keep it out on the face of the wave but it gets buffeted badly if you get it into the white water.
Another option would be a custom board. With the dollar the way it is a custom epoxy board is cheaper than most imported boards. Have a look at the Laguna Bay boards, they have a lot of experience with SUP boards and I like the look of their shapes -
