Any suggestions on the following would be very helpful and much appreciated.
Ok I am looking for the following board to suit me of intermediate SUP surfing ability mainly for downs south - Yallingup etc:
1. will only be used for surfing
2. I am 85kgs and 6'2 so am thinking 9 -10ft range?
3. Does not have to be super high performance more importantly should be stable and easy to ride

I can recommend a Naish Hokua 9-5
Good stability and wave riding capability for intermediate level.
I have only been on a SUP for 3 months and have no problem paddling out and staying upright even in choppy onshore conditions.
I'm around 87kg and 5'8

Go for a Coreban Icon.
I am 183cm and 92kgs and find it great in the surf and even OK in flat water.
