Magic down at St Kilda today.. Shorts and T shirt.. Blue sky and sunshine and glassy water as far as you can see.

What a great winter - here's a photo cammo got of me managing to pull off a highly technical floater on the shore break in Kilcunda.

It wasn't glassy down in Kilcunda - which is about 2 hours out of town on the South East Coast, there was a bit of a cross shore breeze and it was slightly choppy - not quite ideal, but adequate and cold enough to make you feel alive.

The sun was shining and the salmon fishermen were catching lots of fish.

I copped an absolute beating from that same shorey yesterday not long before taking that pic, and also had an audience of MJ and Deano standing on the beach enjoying the acrobatics,
didn't stop me from getting back down there today again for some small sandbank peelers

from a competition judging perspective, a surfer must perform, "radical controlled manoeuvres", sorry Oliver, points off, that "shorebreak floater" was a " effyn radical uncontrolled manoeuvre" Camo almost got a similiar score for his new trick "kamikaze beach landing" from the 4ft shorebreak....but then again points back on for originality

It's probably not nice to laugh at other people's misfortune.....but what the hell.[}:)]
That was pretty damn funny.
Camo's beach landing was even better from a spectator's perspective.
