Hi gang, I haven't been on Seabreeze for a hell of a long time and was just glancing through some old topics and saw one where Ponobill posed the question, what happened to the Penetrator? Basically, I'm not really making them anymore as unfortunately they were just too labour intensive for the return. The smaller size 12'6" was only just profitable but above this size it just wasn't worth it. Ideally one of the large corporations would have taken my design and molded it but this never eventuated so the quickest paddleboard ever has faded into the history books. As for me. I've been dividing my time between the Noosa Surfworks factory and building race cars that compete in the super sports series as well as other specialist fibreglass projects. Anyway, I enjoyed developing the Penetrator and am happy to have played my part in the evolution of the distance standup paddleboard.

I've paddled it and yes it's fast!!!!

Dont imagine I'll be doing anymore of them. Yeah I've been building the bodies as well as some carbon kevlar panels to protect the driver of a car called the Minetti which is powered by a worked Hyabusa engine and has a top speed of around 280 kph. cheers, Stuey
