My Wife just bought the New 9'5" naish for me today.

Ain't she great!

She said it was for her as I ride the 9'6" but it is Fathers Day Weekend so it must be mine.....right?

Anyway I am off to throw it in the surf now to see how it goes.
Latter..

I was in the board shop looking at new boards when the wife rings me on the mobile asking where I was? When I told her I was in the board shop she replied "Don't spend too much".
After she hung up I asked the guy behind the counter if he thought the board I was looking at was too much?
He said 'No", so I brought.
Wife never said a thing when I got home.[}:)]

Oh yeah, she taking me to the north shore in Novemebr. She's very understanding

Sorry PT
Just got back but am taking it out again in the morning. Having said that this will be my Summer arvo board. When the wind chop picks up with the NE / SE this will be great.. Very stable and surf really well.

The clean mornings I will keep for the 9'6" naish.

I've just worked out that I have been doing this under 1 year and this is board number 5. Thats one about every 10 weeks. How addictive is this.

My prone boards have only had about 3 hit outs in this time.

I was in MR's shop in Newcastle. I ended up buying a 6'4' Super Twin just to add to the quiver.
Right now I scheming how I can get a new 8' naish without anyone noticing? so far the best plan I've come up with is that my son needs a new sup

I can see you on one of those 8footers.
Then I'd have no chance of catching you in the pointscore!

Yeah tried that, the best I got was a smirk and something along the lines of "you're dreaming"

Back to the drawing board. On the upside I have a leave pass to hire a board and find some waves in Malibu, CA while we are in the US next month. Looking forward to that.

I could right up some sort of doctor style prescription to that effect if that helps Mini.

Sam.

I can see a devious plan [}:)]coming together at the next comp. day

If its successful we may even be able to sell share so we can continue to fund our sup habit
