I just came to the realisation that the Xcel race is the same day as the wintersun festival? Has this been the case in the past? And what is the best way too get too snapper with both main streets of Cooli closed down and the markets, and the parade on that day, not too mention parking, and the millions of people that turn up for Wintersun? I know it'll be a drop off and unload at snapper, but has it been chaotic in the past? Just trying to get a heads up
