You are one very lucky human being!!! Good luck with the SUP transport. I've been told that Air New Zealand say one thing but are fairly relaxed with their board transport. Some of the Kiwi's that have gone to Hawaii mentioned it a while back.

Just booked my tickets now with Air Tahiti Nui, which is code share with Qantas... ATN told me they were ok but only on their flights and not code share. Crossing my fingers, I think I'll go very very early at the airport to make sure I'm alright, I have a bad feeling about Qantas!
