I've had a couple of tries at SUPs and am keen to take the plunge. But there seem to be so many options! I'm a bit lost.

I'm keen to get something that is fun in small surf, but is also fun as a light-wind sailboard - mast track essential but centre board not so much. I wouldn't mind having a play in small surf with a small rig either - is this doable and fun?

Any advice is greatly appreciated! My apologies if this repeats old posts - can you please direct me to any that might help me out?
