Yup I use them for running (mainly) and surfing.

Have not looked back since using them, injury free and so much fitter thanks to these (for running that is). Could write all day about how good they are for running.

Surfing wise fit snug and good grip.


A lot of guys think that their knees could not handle these but in truth they are actually better for you (for a lot of people) than traditional running shoes. Makes your run the way our bodies were meant to ie not heal striking. Not for everyone though particularly if you have arch troubles.

Ronnie wears them and loves them.. I'd like to get a pair but they're pretty pricey and I've not seen anyone here selling them.

Lisa saw them today in a store called Sports Conscious - 50 Church St Brighton - yeah they are pricey.

If you were getting them just for surfing I would say there are better and cheaper alternatives out there.

They are pricey think about $120
