I forgot to add thanks to you crew, especially with all the crap from the media you guys have to put up with. I've got to say if you look at Wayne Lynch and consider that these were filmed almost 40 years ago, then look at Kelly Slater. Some people just have a gift for surfing and making it look easy. What ever happened to Paul Witzig? I also forgot how good Ted (Livingston) Spencer was!! Thanks again Matt for reminding me why I love surfing,supping and the ocean!!

If you could just manage to post up the entire Pink Floyd Echos section of Crystal Voyager, I reckon given Leos current dosage of heavy duty painkillers, we could just about put him into orbit.

Yeh considering the boards then, they were pretty fluid turns the big arcing bottom turn up the face, imagine seeing those blokes with todays boards when at their peak, it was always great seeing those movies when they came to town at the lorne slsc next day all us young surfies( the word grommet didnt exist) would be out in the surf trying to emulate the latest surf moves of our idols seeing those flick now works twofold the enjoyment of seeing the era and the invoking memories of the times and characters of the era, alot of the blokes just didnt get past the surf times, with the wheels of their lives falling of due to the very nature of the times , ahh but the ones that did get through still surf and need to surf just like oxygen, i have never grown up

Yeah but your'e still doing it so bloody well MJ from the photos I've seen!! Must have been that special Lorne water!! Who want's to grow up anyway?

Very Cheeky Sparx! I've actually started the dosage reduction which is why I get a bit tired and emmotional. You are quite correct in your assertion though... Pink Floyd, Pain Killers and Crystal Voyager sounds perfect!! C'mon Matt get with the program!! (are you sure you wouldn't like that post as well Sparx?)

Couldnt tell you how many times in my misspent youth Ive ended up on the couch on a Friday evening, quietly disappearing down my own navel, in various states of vegetation while the Floyd and Greenough do their cosmic thang. Sheesh, dont get me started on the faces in the clouds!!
