whats the surf report guys and girls?
the web cam looks ok at the alley but what is it really like?
is it worth a drive to come up and annoy a few crew for a wave or 50...lol...
it looked sick down here early with the offshore but as the wind swung around the swell picked up and the sets looked very scarey

i supped the Alley this morning - it was good
strong offshores but thought I'd give it a try anyway and turned out quite ok, makes it easier paddling back out - got some good waves - crew was less than normal but they making it all the way thru now - harder to pick up waves on the inside....did get one or two nice wide bombs tho.
all good i suppose if you can hassle closer to the point, i reckon tomorrow I'll be hitting it on my short board if it's much the same as today.

might have to pack the car and head north if its still a bit wild in the morning
so look out for the kook with the red helmet
