yep classic morning of no winds at Black Rock, unfortunately the water conditions are a mixture of murky brown with plumes of sludge caused by the heavy rains/ release of sewerage and the lack of responsible planning by the authorities.
Apart from that it was a nice morning, where you are would be perfect
