Yeah although this guy is particularly amusing as he criticises the aesthetic of SUP, suggests that SUP riders are just looking for attention, and laments the passing of the good old days of 10 years ago where you would be abused and mocked and intimidated off the beach if you didn't have the same board as Kelly Slater. He says SUP riders should stick to the river, then admits that he doesn't ride any boards these days... he's a body surfer. Go find a swimming pool, there won't be any SUPs there to spoil your delicate sensibilities.

Yep it's not just me. The good old Makaha with his Aloha and Mahalo's is certainly running dry on the Aloha this month.

Sorry Makaha, I have agreed with a lot of the things you have said but your last few posts 'Boys Club' etc to me just say West vs East. You now accuse people of being 'pioneers' and thinking they are killing it when I can't help thinking your really grumpy because no one is acknowledging your own efforts as a 'legend'.
