got a grin that wont go away,two days of perfect little cove,only 3 sup in the water,shoulder high sets from the bottom of national part to the rocks at first point,got my 9.0 surfshapes really going along with multihull and annie we just pigged out ,second day same except a pod of dolphins came by for a surf,they just want to check out sup for some strange reason,then two swam over and put a fish next to my board and looked at me,i think it was a birthday present from huey.still grinning because the noosa dolphin pod tend to ignore surfers most of the time,this was the first time in 21 years here i have had interaction with them

sounds like an you and Annie had a few epic days. We get dolphins now and then at OG and have a resident in the Barwon River but i think Archie has moved on now!

We are struggling away with the cold down here and doing a few board repairs as the 30kn offshore has killed the swell yet again

Ground swell up tomorrow so I live in hope!

We had excellent waves all week so cant complain.

thanks phil,yeh mate coming home to swell and warm water was great,i think the water is still 21 -22 deg c.the swell is kicking but the wrecks and relics longboard comp for old farts is on in town so we have a surf full of would be's crowding us out for the next week or so till they go home.bring the girls up here one day and we will treat them to a tour of the points and some local hospitality.
