The SUP heats on Saturday were posponed due to a howling cross/onshore wind (thanks organisers).
The event was moved to the northern reefs at Norah Head due to the massive swell pushing into Soldiers Beach (thanks organisers).
There were epics waves out Rockpool on the high tide and Little Bommie on the low:
It was a great comp all round - and it is good that they are now including SUPs in this very long running event (14 years).
The results of the final were:
Andrew Cassidy -1st
Darrel Keirnan - 2nd
Adam Robinson - 3rd
Danny Bond - 4th
The event raised over $40,000 for cancer research this year alone (over $300,000 since the first event)!
