the start of winter

offshore all day and the water is still warm

i love may madness

bring on the swell

here's a few pics from a week ago after the swell had backed off and cleaned up

got some video footage but i cant get it to load onto window movie maker i'll keep working on it

I just love the layback woooooo hooooo!

I am also with you on the helmet after my last trip out to a local bombie, I almost got knocked unconscious. I stopped the board with my forearm just before it would have splattered my nose all over my face!

I make the kids wear helmets so I now have to give in I guess! Just need to pic a color!

finally converted the video files using a crappy free down load but turned the quality to sh@t and slightly speeds up the footage

will have to try a few different freebies to see if it will work better

but it now does work on windows movie maker

hope its cleaner tomorrow for a paddle

watched footage on tv of currumbin alley and the tow crew getting some massive barrels and hidings

hopefully the blues band will have a gig at the pub down there soon and i'll thro the board on and come down early before the gig for a wave as we write ourselves off when we play there and try and drink the bar dry after they shut the place up with a mate they call him "THE BIG SHOW" you might know him everyone down there seems to
