a bit of footage from 2 weeks ago of the beachies at home
most of it is shot from the beach with no "camera man" and then i cropped and ken burns it to death to enlarge the tiny speak thus making it a tad blurred but youll get the idea....maybe
my last wave on that board is about 2:05 in the vid, after pulling off the wave i paddle back out and got nailed by a double up and came up to a buckled board
that last wave was probably one of the best carves ive done on a sup, due to the board feeling sooooo in tune under my feet......but good things are never meant to last
Nice one Rog , how good was your cutty at 2.09 pity about the crowd must have been hard to get waves. Some nice little shacks in there as well....cool video I'm just busting to get out there after watching it.
dogman as usual quality plus love that sh***t great supsurfing too you're ripping making me kinda feeling "B" grade on my new board oh well its all about the Fun. keep them coming
the board was 8'6 x 29" and would have been around 4 1/2 thick but with the dish licker ice cream scooped out deck and cronic concave it makes it around 3 inches thick where your feet are
that is what makes it feel livelier(if thats even a word..lol..) and gives you a sensation that your not on a massive floating cork of 4 1/2 inches of board
i think its all in my head but it seamed to go alright up until it buckled
