i looking at getting into racing in wellington .were i paddle get a lot of wind and not to sure what size or type of board will suit me im 165cm high and 65 kg .12.6 or 14? just got the big brands over here starboard c4 naish
Welly would have the potential to be the downwind capital of the world I reckon. Happy hunting. I am sure simondo or DJ or a host of others will give you some advice. There has been lots of recent topics on this subject from memory which you might be able to find on this site as well.
I need to get one of those downwinder boards myself one of these days.
