I know you asked about the quickblade. But this is my preference from experience with both brands.....

'I have know personal affiliation to this brand/product, apart from owning the product for the past 3 years....'

I own the Elite Wiki with 90flex shaft and ergo tee handle for surping and Elite Maliko with 90flex shaft and ergo tee handle for downwinding.....

My personal opinion is. I love the catch and release of both blades through the power stroke and the 90flex shaft gives the feeling of easing the load on my joints and muscles without lose of power in the water. Ergo Tee handle is my preference solely based on comfort. The best thing is, all components are interchangeable by using a hairdryer/heat gun and a hot glue gun....

Happy paddling!

I also use and love the Kenalu's, Wiki, Maliko and recently the Ho'aloa on an xtuff (s) shaft, however as you were asking specifically about the 100 or 110 Quickblade Elite, my recommendation would be the 100sq"

Sizing is always a personal thing but I think you will find the general trend is heading smaller with blade sizes.

I used to use a 100sq" blade but now my biggest is a 95, however unless I am doing a downwinder I normally use an 83, I am around 90kg ATM so I am no lightweight.

Out of those two I'd recommend the smaller .. and even go smaller than 100 if you can.
