as i understand it,12'6 fixed fin, 14' fixed fin and open class, with open racing and age groups is whats in planing. the big hurdle seems to be getting the races off in decent wind(insurance issues) and actually going down wind. i would like to see stand alone d/w events eventually, but!!!!!
