I was watching a U tube video on this.

I see the guy cut the ends round ? is this something that needs to be done for any real reason?

Hey Paul,

I cant say why they did it, but I would also.

Whenever patching or taping anything I would always round the corners as I feel it reduces the chance of a corner being caught by objects and lifting.

My take :)

I think your right. It is a lot easier for a corner to catch in the water and this stops it.
