I sometimes get this as well. Used to get it on my ski, on my outrigger and now on a boards. It does improve a bit over time, but I think my problem is related to standing or sitting in the same position for too long. I find that if I move around a bit, like in choppy conditions where you constanly have to change foot position, I don't get the problem. If I feel it coming on, I start to swap up foot placement for a few minutes, shifting from parallel to right foot foreward and then left. Not only does this help with the feet problem, it also helps with your overall confidence on the board. Hope this helps, if not at least you know you are not alone.

It's pretty normal and it will pass once you learn to relax more and constantly move your feet around slightly as you're paddling.

It's got to be a circulation issue. Maybe try some compression gear on your legs.

Think its a "I'm only human" thing....you're asking your legs/feet to do far more than walk along the street......take 5 & sit down & wiggle your toes & enjoy looking at the world we live in

All of the above plus stretching your calves and achilles regularly will help.

Move around every few minutes. People tend to stand there and not shuffle at all. Just beacause you don't need to move dosn't mean you shouldn't.

Compression pants. They work. Wear them all the tie. Pain releif....

Best cure for that is to avoid shopping. If you can't do that complain and whinge alot. It works for me...
On the serious side, try wriggling your toes and occasionally lifting your heals. This works for me.

You can try my hubby's line - we have only just walked through the doors to the mall and he asks when we can go home? Result: I go shopping solo. :-)
