Hey guys
was given a cheap rail tape to try from the local surf shop but it didnt work out as the rails on my board are quite thin. on the more boxy stuff it would have been fine but my question is after taking the tape off it left a sticky residue. Has anyone used a cleaner on there boards that wont melt the things into a pool of jelly.
Thanks heaps for your input guys . By the way the new evoke waterborn kicks ass.

Try OOMPH from Bunning's great for removing goo. But like any product try a little first to make sure it doesn't affect your Board.

Cheers Mark

Best recipe is time...

Take a non-agressive product like Solvent F or alcohol (depends on the glue), the trick is to apply on a cloth and let 3-5mn in contact: typically put the cloth + product on the zone to clean under some plastic sheet for 5mn before rubbing the glue away.
