How come us mugs have to pay $30-$50/ race, turns me off competing all should be free like a group walk in the park.
Move to Melbourne...we charge less than that.
But yeah...permits, insurances (that you have to have, in order to get the permits), bonds, support vessels, etc etc it's not free to put a race on.
