tues- done a lot of paddling in the last 4 or 5 days.

2 dw ers in there, one in sizy.yesterday afternoon late in and out surf session playing around with the fin set on my board. troy had his gps on the other day doing this and we clocked up 8km,s

i get up at 4 am hmm, maybe i shouldn't have paddled yesterday afternoon.
training is 4, 5 6,7 mins paddle up and returns plus a 3,2 1 min returns. we were doing this last year and kelly has decided to go back to it.

everyone takes off fast and i haven't,well i know there's a lot to come yet.

kelly is flying on a new model lahui kai, he passes me on the way back on the first run after getting well away from us paddling up, but i'm getting boat wakes( the secret agent 12'6 loves this stuff) and now i'm flying and staying with him until i come off- it's still dark i can see what's happening. the roar crew join in after doing their stairwork. great now we've got more people to mess up the water and make it harder and jacko and macca are on the javs, bloody hell- as if they need to be on those things

geez,i'm hurting now and i've got angie beside me on a return run, who would be hurting too after the stairs. we have a ding dong to the bridge with neither of us breaking away.

i'm well and truely spent, so i'll have tomorrow off to recover

And here was me thinking- has someone actually started trying balancing on logs in the water as practice for SUP- reakon I'm more relieved than disappointed :D
