Hi all I want to get fit and better at the sport what is a good training session/ regime for me to do or what do you do for training?

Hi kickels. I am definitely no expert but I try and get on the water as much as possible and time my self over set courses. Its good if u can find someone else to train with as I find you push your self harder then by yourself. I also do a lot of cross fit training when I am not on the water and have found this be really beneficial to my paddling and general fitness.

Where abouts do you live? As there are some great training groups all around Australia that would be a great start.

I live in the redlands so I cannot get down to your currumbin sessions but would love to do sat morning if I ever get one off work. Can you suggest anything else?
