Hi kickels. I am definitely no expert but I try and get on the water as much as possible and time my self over set courses. Its good if u can find someone else to train with as I find you push your self harder then by yourself. I also do a lot of cross fit training when I am not on the water and have found this be really beneficial to my paddling and general fitness.
I live in the redlands so I cannot get down to your currumbin sessions but would love to do sat morning if I ever get one off work. Can you suggest anything else?
