You might want to edit that into Queens English....
I know what you mean though.

Agreed. I wonder if the dredge in the estuary is having anything to do with it, maybe just generally churning things up to be deposited in the mouth on the outgoing tide.

Couldn't disagree with you more mac ! he should stay at the alley because its the best sup break in australia and it would be silly to go anywhere else.

If it makes you feel any better Lacey, Talley has been crap everytime the dredger comes along. Down at Kingy was much better but at least i didn't have to deal with the crowds as they were down near the bowls club fighting it out.

The idea of a clean up swell would be great! But with the track record of this year and last year, i don't think we will be getting one anytime soon

yeah, i do your end of town a bit. early afternoon was ok at the alley.after years of driving around the country side, i'm a lot over it at the moment. gee, i wouldn't mind having all that petrol money back. that was one of the good things about the early sup days- any wave was good, even the alley where i rarely if ever surfed for twenty years or more even though its at the doorstep. it's normally such a s### wave for a shortboard.

hey billboard, i have driven down to the tweed and back for over thirty years. it loses it's appear after a while.a 2 min drive is enough me

Get in the car Lacey , the Alley is a zoo on the weekends , i dont know why i go their?Just down the road i guess.Surfed their today and got hit by a outrigger and the only decent wave i got , i was sandwiched between a surfboat and a couple of mal riders. One of the blokes said their where around 20 sups out Saturday.I think its time to find a new spot , weekends anyways.

all guys on the outriggers are loons.

scotty and myself watched two of um crash into each other if that makes you feel better. it was too shallow at that time for oc's to be risking the it with the money they cost

I'm kind of preying the Nthly strips all of the sand out again at the Alley like last year and we get the reef back again. I meant to snorkel it last year and never did. It had never been seen before and I asked all of the old guys. Be great if it came back again, looks like there is patches.

I couldn't give a rats about the banks this time of year, 1 foot North East blown crud doesn't really break well on good or bad sand.

This year I have more to do than ever before besides surfing anyway and I can't wait!!
