I was lifeguarding there all day yes the bank at the alley is looking really good some fun waves comming through all day got some bombs on the LG board. But then I had to go 6 man outrigger training at 5:00pm. Its good training for downwind paddling + you can't slacken off otherwise you'll look like Sally Robins. I'll surf in the morning before work then in lunch break should be fun

blown shoulder, having surgery, 2 months out!
thats why everybody is getting waves at the alley at the moment!!!

Ive got one of those jobs to Mac , just lucky to finish earlier today got down their and had a look and was just about to get back in the car and go home , glad i didnt.

Hey Downwinder do you know Jayden Jensen he has just started as a Lifeguard this year , he is my Nephew.

I train with the Australian Outrigger Canoe Club just once aweek I don't compete but its great training for SUP races that why the Hawaiians are soooo good they all have a OC background its excellent for stroke corection & stamina
