surf 8 10's and have been on an 8 5 x 29. i weigh 75 kg ish with reasonable ability. how small could i go?two things to consider. don't wont to go to wide and its ok if i have to use paddle to steady and water is lapping the tail, but have to be able to stand in one spot without sinking

I have to go to work for the arvo now that power is on. We just got back from coffee. Have a look at this first quick draught. Just to see how small I could go for 75kg and the requirements. This is for small waves, lots of tail lift.

The planshape is 7'8" long the measurements are taken from along the rocker line which is a bit longer, its just the way the program works.
