gggggrrrrrrrrr its getting cold. I know there was a thread about wetsuits and i liked the look of the windsurf type rubber around. What about dry suits? have been told im a idiot and will melt. i just love being in the water and as much fun that sup is being above the water line i just cant keep myself from getting friendly with salty water. I am a wuss and like to be warm,very warm so what is there for a big wuss besides toughen the ........ up

I'd much rather swim in lovely fresh salty water than my own oily sweat thank you verry much.I did'nt know they wore wetties in QLD,I thought they were all black people with Billabong and Ripcurl tattoos .

lads im awuss. My idea of camping is a 5 star hotel with a daily massage Im cold now hahaha. Plus half the reason i go in the ocean is to swim in it. i just like being warm. Its been fifteen years since i have had that wonderful fresh water of south coast NSW and i dont miss it,miss everything else about the place. Yes you are right this is the time of year that war starts! Queensland will be crushed by the mighty NSW DRAGONS,cocky bastards.

hehe, you don't need anything other than a 2mm jacket and boardies during a Queensland winter or buy a wider board so you spend less time in the drink.
