looking for 2nd hand longboard but having difficulties finding one. Been keeping an eye on the Buy & Sell pages, ebay, the quokka etc but it seems that there aren't many 2nd hands floating around.

Any tips on where to look?

thanks guys. looking for a 9'+ allrounder to be used here aT Perth city spots and alsO to be used for winter weekends down south..

I've got my eye on this one http://www.mctavish.com.au/surfboards-buy/2nd-hand-and-team-boards/2nd-hand-0196 but want to make sure that I also check other (and hoepfully cheaper) options.

I've asked around at a couple of shops here in Perth but it seems that even at the shops there aren't many 2nd handers floating around..

Hooksey,
You can't go wrong with the Fireball. Also, decent 2nd hand longboards will still be semi expensive.

New, they are roughly double the price of shorties, because the material component is double, and the labour part is double !! (Stating the obvious - sorry.)

Oh, and some days, you'll have double the fun, and double the number of waves, and quadruple "distance of rides".

Love the F/B, I've got a 9'6, just stay away from ones glassed in Thailand...theres been enough said on here about them ones already.

F/B is pretty much the best allrounder though, whether on beachies or fat point breaks you wont be dissapointed.
