With a new level of fitness and its only just started I managed to burn a sup rider on every wave he paddled for,I snaked him,paddled inside him dropped in on him on every wave he paddled for.I was in a playful mood today.

Yep I made a pig of myself,he soon paddled in,game over

Good work! It's amazing the difference you notice when you drop say 2kg of fat, and turn another 1.5kg of fat into muscles...

Everything is so much easier!

TB nope I've never seen him before,he was doing kooky things so I decided,not to open my mouth and play with him[}:)]

True Simondo,just the paddle speed and power was an big improvement which was a buzz,this will keep me focused on the fitness program.

I had a booger catch my wave after i'd already been going for 60 feet or so, so i ended my wave by jumping onto his back He said sorry and we had a laugh but he'll remember not to do that again
