Cheers Bill, plenty of food for thought. I have emailed McTavish to ask their opinion on the F/B crease, I really do like the board have surfed it in fast and slow waves and always pulls through with ease. Maybe should just get a F/B made with triple stringer next. I will keep surfing the F/B til it snaps then think about another board

Hey Souwester, this is my second take on a Razer, the first was admiring Jackson Close surf D-Bah one day and having a chat to him out the back re-boards.
He told me he was riding a Razer with a little fine tuning as he is a big lad and I am a bigger lad. So I ordered a custom from the factory after discussing in length with team mc. Well the board never went as good as the FB imho and I racked it for months until I decided to have another go and it surfed real well for a couple of sessions and re-racked it. The longest I've ever held onto a board is around 8 months, I've had a bucket load of FB,s and played around with all sorts of dimensions and settled with 9.4 x 23 x 3 and I will never part with this board its two and half years old.
The Razer is a tuff board to handle imo, once all the elements come together its awesome but,the FB is the one I can paddle out in anything and always enjoy.
