What has been your experience with the various longboard clubs in WA especially Perth?

Is it worth joining a club and going in comps?

I'm thinking of joining one of the local clubs and going in a couple of comps for a bit of fun.

would be interested to hear how you go with joining a longboard club.

I mainly surf around the mandurah breaks a lot of longboarders surf there as you know being a local wa man not sure if there are too many clubs Mandurah except maybe MSC not sure if they have a lot of longboarders
I am sure we will get some answers from the forum

There is also the Cottesloe Longboard Club.
I'm not sure of when they get together but call in to Funs Back Surf Shop at Cottesloe and Dunny or the girls will point you in the right direction.
