Hay all just wondering if people get out longboarding when ever its like 30+ knots of wind

Im Im on a little island surrounded by reef so im reliant on swell being made inside the reef waves dont don big enuff to form runners over the reef

Yep I've surf some epic winds. but like you the swell has been dampened by reef cove points ect ect.
had wind gust sea chop basically knock you over while sitting out the back. Tuff conditions yes uncomfortable yes unsurfable (new word :) no.
like guys surfing in freezing conditions ideal conditions no but they are getting stoked and isn't that it?
i long for that ol feeling of adventure and keenness surfing but am old and very fussy these days. Hey sounds like a great place live
