I was stoked a easy one at home for a change, until the text mate mates wife turns 50 the parties on,should I stay or go nowI'll go take it easy so the early will be on because all those non focused surfers will be sleeping it off. Those shortboarders will take a few days to get over their p1ss fuelled night.

No brainer Mac.
It's only your mate's wifes 50th so there will be heaps of her friends there who you won't know and the hubbies will probably be stiffs anyway. Different story if it was your mates 50th.
Go the uncrowded New Years Day surf with a clean head.

Saluting Dad early morning (Funeral) then afterwards a wake at one of his long-time mates place .... I am looking forward to catching up with these frothers - I grew up around them , or should I say I grew up around their ankles ...... I also have an undisclosed amount of Grappa that I intend to stain my veins with big time ....

Surf has arrived over here so I will take a rather large sniff of that early Wednesday morning to see the new year in - I will need a surf to clear my mind !!!
