This part is interesting - it seems peoples perception of what nets actually do and how they are placed is still very diff to what actually happens. Risk and perception - an interesting space.
And I might be wrong here, but I thought our beaches were actually netted. So if they still are (which they are), somehow the shark or sharks have gotten inside the nets.
