Wondering what is everyone using to cart the boards on the bikes now - lately been throwing the boards into a bag and throwing the strap over my shoulder - worked well until I managed to get tangled up in a tree this morning . thinking something like this might be the go

Chrispy has the best one going, I think it's called the board quiver.

I have the MBB racks for my scooter, they are a good product.
They do a pushbike rack for longboards which has a front & back bracket ( similar to the scooter) which will give more support, less bounce if you have longboards.
I got mine through that mob also which worked out well

I've seen a couple pop up on gumtree this year. One sold by a mate just before I realized I'd like one for my new elect bike. He sold it for $50, will havta ask where he got it.

Hopefully no damage done

checked out some online last night from the cheap stuff on e bay for $40 to the one above - they all look very similar - guess the difference is in the quality .

need to fit them on with the carrier in the back if the bike as well - full of my wetsuit gear .

No prob, should be surfing with him tomorrow so I'll ask...just remembered the m8 who bought it is moving back to Bali next month & said last week he's selling the bike he's been riding, so he will probably be happy to sell the rack back to me for $50

moved by bikes do a longboard version with separate bars attaching to the headstem and seatpost, stable with a mal on it (haven't tried in strong wind). pretty exxy though.... i got mine new through ebay. in my experience the ones which v from a single attachment are much chop with a longboard.... quiver caddy is the dream but bloody expensive...

Thanks dools ended up going with the moving by bikes longboard version - seemed the best quality make , and I have a few different boards - reckon that will fit them all .

I already have the older version of the quiver kaddy - about 10 years old now - great for carting the longer boards on longer rides but a bit fiddlywhen I am only going 2 blocks - after something I can throw the board on and get going -
price in pic is US dollars
