What time do you go to bed ?
I notice it gets quiet around 9pm.
I know you boys like your early surf.
Poor old pup is still on his own up due to time zone.

Ive been trying out going to bed at 7 pm a couple nights a week.

when you semi wake up and its 12 oclock the rest of the sleep feels like a sleep in.

Besides dribble posts like leg ropes and wax etc give one no reason to stay up.

Actually helps to go to sleep.

I should record mac talking. Thats a sure way to get to sleep
