Hey has anyone competed in a round robin surf contest and how does the format work , any advice appreciated

martman which comp are you interested in?and what i believe, could be wrong is this;eg you all have 1 surf and are awarded points for what position you come,then you go against the other contestants who came in the same position as you and once again points are awarded,after your last surf all the contestants points are added up to see who has the most and they come 1st and so on.A lot of those comps are good fun as you would surf in your age divisions.Thats the way i believe but someone else might give some info.

Mac,good chance to catch up with the rest of the fellows as there should be a round robin comp on your home turf around september.You would have the hometown advantage,all eyes will be upon you mac.

Thats it Mac where on,you'll have to give me the inside info of the take off etc and we'll be on the drink after it, soft drink no doubt.
