Hi guys and gals,
I'm off to Bali for the first time this weekend and just found out I can't take my board because Jetstar doesn't like boards that are too long. Can someone help me out with some questions please:
1. Staying in Seminyak - where is a good place to get a decent board for a few days?
2. What sort of price is reasonable to be paying for a days hire? Heard that they may rip me off if I don't have an idea of price to begin with.
3. What should I look out for - dings, snap repairs?
Thanks
Dan

Head down to Poppies Lane 2 mate a few places to check out hire boards,if you see a board that has been snapped and repaired stay well clear,I've seen people paddle out and re snap the dodge repair only to be hit with a large repair bill.
Have a great trip.

Longboards are difficult to find to hire for quite a stupid reason, the ceilings are not high enough.
Anyway, probably the best option is www.rentasurfboard.com, it's 15 aud a day for short periods and you get board delivered.
They get a deposit when you pick up the board.
Have a good trip
