well lads i'm heading into week 12 of my recovery. that's suppose to be most of the big part out of the way.


feeling fit and strong now. actually running better then before the HA which is kind of crazy, but i'll take it.

climbing back on the big 12'6 in deep water in one go is hard but i expect to get past that soon. surfing my lb is cool.

good eating, a aspirin and cholesterol pill a day are the things i have too keep on top off.

i've got to the stage where i barely think about it in everyday life, but have to keep an eye on the hr when paddling the race boards


i would like to thank everyone for their support and so forth etc etc.

however, typical long board room style, some of the crew just couldn't wait 12 weeks to hang some sh1t on me and started 2 weeks ago

I know like others i was shocked when i first heard but great to hear you have got through the first 12 weeks. hope the recovery continue glitch free.

And surfing an lb is always cool. I thought you'd met Mac?

Good on you mate what a story you have to talk around the campfire now beats talkin cricket.................. my old man got a pacemaker installed last week I told mum to ask the cardiologist if she could have a remote control for it on her keyring so she could shut the cranky old bastard up when she needs to
