Lately I have been having 2 slices of a nice whole grain sourdough loaf toasted with Avo, humus, tomato, S&P as the main breakie feast - I leave home at 0500 so by the time I get into work at 0615 I am ready for a decent feed. My other option is generally a few bits of fruit and water melon sliced up with some natural yogurt.

My fav is a toasted turkish BLT with cheese & mayo - Saturday mornings only
