A 2001, 4 door Rav, is my daily, I know its a chicks car but it's a perfect size for me and if I lay the front seat down I can just squeeze a 9'6" in there in a board bag. I regularly get 9lts/100klms out of it around the city.

The only thing I hate about them is that I can't fix cars with computers and if I take it for a service, which is not very often, they often find some farty little sensor that needs to be replace at a cost of $600.

My toy is a Myers Manx dune buggy which I am beginning to tire of after 10 years. I should have built a LWB, they're far more practical.

This is my ride guy's, it's a ford courier '04' model it has a lockable lid an tub liner to keep everything locked up and hidden whilst out on the water

I don't have a longboard just a SUP, because i live about 3 and a half hours from the surf, but i tried it a couple of time's while on holiday's up in Queensland and loved it
I also enjoy the stories so keep them coming

I like dual cabs, I had a really old 2.2lt highlux diesel for a few years just before the Rav, it looked incredibly bad and did not have a single straight panel and it had a bit of rust, but I gave it a hammering and it never complained.

The old girl insisted I get rid of it because she said it made us look like white trash.

I found this to be extremely offensive because I am actually descended from a long and proud tradition of white trash in the western suburbs of Sydney. You can take the boy out of the burbs but you can never take the burbs out of the boy.

Dual cabs would be better for me if I could have one with a fibreglass canopy so I could put a longboard through to the cab via an opening rear window.

I think the latest Triton has an opening rear window option but there’s no guarantee it would fit a mal.
